Client-Arranged Shipping and Transportation Policy

At BIMQP, we prioritize flexibility and transparency in our service delivery. To facilitate this, we have established the following Client-Arranged Shipping and Transportation Policy:

  1. Client Responsibility for Shipping:
    • It is the client’s duty to arrange their own shipping or transportation for any physical products, materials, or equipment provided by BIMQP. This includes, but is not limited to, training materials, hardware, software, or any other tangible items related to our services.
    • Clients are responsible for selecting a reliable shipping carrier and ensuring that the shipment is handled safely and securely.
  2. Shipping Costs:
    • All costs associated with shipping, including transportation fees, insurance, and any additional charges, are the responsibility of the client. BIMQP will not cover or reimburse any shipping expenses.
    • Clients should obtain a detailed cost estimate from their chosen carrier before proceeding with the shipment.
  3. Risk and Insurance:
    • Clients are advised to insure their shipments to cover any potential loss or damage during transit. BIMQP is not liable for any damages, loss, or delays that occur once the products, materials, or equipment have been handed over to the client’s chosen carrier.
    • In the event of loss or damage, clients must pursue claims directly with the shipping carrier.
  4. Packaging and Documentation:
    • BIMQP will provide standard packaging for the products, materials, or equipment, but it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the packaging meets the carrier’s requirements.
    • All necessary documentation, including shipping labels, customs forms, and any other required paperwork, must be prepared and provided by the client. BIMQP will not be responsible for any delays or issues related to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
  5. Shipping Timeline:
    • Clients are responsible for coordinating the shipping timeline with their carrier. BIMQP will work with the client to ensure that the items are ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.
    • Any delays in shipment or delivery must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
  6. No BIMQP Liability:
    • Once the products, materials, or equipment leave BIMQP’s premises, the responsibility for the shipment lies entirely with the client and their chosen carrier. BIMQP is not responsible for any issues that arise during transit.
  7. Changes to This Policy:
    • BIMQP reserves the right to modify or update this Client-Arranged Shipping and Transportation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
