Project Overview
The Bedok Interchange Mixed Development Project is a large-scale urban development that integrates residential, commercial, and transport facilities into a single, cohesive hub. Designed to revitalize the Bedok town center, this mixed-use complex features two basement carparks with retail spaces, an integrated bus interchange, and eight 15-storey residential blocks comprising 583 apartment units. A three-storey podium includes two levels of parking and various ancillary amenities to serve both residents and commuters. The project’s design emphasizes connectivity, accessibility, and functionality while creating a vibrant, self-contained community that seamlessly blends public transport infrastructure with modern living and retail experiences.
