Project Overview
Diamond Island is a luxury waterfront residential community located on a unique island site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Spanning 8.6 hectares, the development offers approximately 200,000 square meters of built space, including high-end residential towers, recreational amenities, landscaped gardens, and waterfront promenades. The project’s master plan emphasizes exclusivity, scenic views, and resort-style living, combining contemporary architecture with lush green spaces. As a large-scale, high-profile residential project, it required precise coordination of design and construction phases to maintain quality, meet deadlines, and deliver on the promise of a premium lifestyle experience.
Our Role
Our role in the Diamond Island project was to provide BIM consultancy and modeling services during the construction phase. This scope included:
- Developing detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to guide construction activities
- Supporting the contractor with accurate model-based data for fabrication and installation
- Conducting clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems
- Enhancing site coordination through visual simulations and progress tracking
- Assisting in optimizing construction workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Through these services, we enabled the project team to maintain high construction quality, achieve better coordination among trades, and meet the demanding standards of a luxury residential development.
