Project Overview
The Public Housing Development @ Sengkang Eastway is a large-scale residential project aimed at delivering high-quality, affordable housing in Singapore’s Sengkang area. The development consists of seven 16-storey residential blocks totaling 745 units, along with a multi-storey car park (MSCP) that includes an eating house and a community pavilion. Designed with a focus on functionality, accessibility, and community living, the project supports Singapore’s vision of creating vibrant, self-sufficient neighborhoods. The inclusion of shared amenities and integrated transport facilities enhances residents’ quality of life while fostering social interaction and convenience.
