Our Role

Our role in the Roger Williams University Residence Hall project is that of a specialized BIM Consultant, responsible for the comprehensive digital construction support throughout the project lifecycle. This scope includes:

  • Full BIM model development across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Constructability reviews and clash detection to ensure seamless coordination and reduced on-site conflicts
  • Support for layout dimensioning, visual simulations, and progress tracking
  • Enhancement of construction planning with schedule simulations and logistics modeling
  • Facilitating collaboration among all project stakeholders through a centralized and data-driven BIM environment

Our contribution ensures optimized construction sequencing, risk mitigation, and accurate execution aligned with project objectives and university standards.
