Project Overview
The River Condominium @ Chareonakorn is a premier luxury residential development situated along the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand. The project consists of a 6-storey podium, a 70-storey residential tower, and a 43-storey residential tower, offering panoramic river and city views. Designed for high-end urban living, the development integrates modern architecture with premium amenities, creating a sophisticated lifestyle destination. Its large scale and structural complexity required precise coordination between design disciplines and seamless integration of building systems to ensure quality and efficiency throughout construction.
Our Role
Our role in The River Condominium project was as the BIM Consultant for coordination and construction documentation, engaged by the M&E subcontractor. This scope included:
- Developing coordinated BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems
- Conducting detailed clash detection to eliminate interferences before construction
- Producing construction shop drawings and combined services drawings directly from the BIM model
- Deploying on-site BIM support staff to maintain model accuracy and facilitate updates during construction
- Assisting in setting-out coordination to ensure the precise installation of MEP systems across the towers and podium
Through these efforts, we streamlined the coordination process, improved construction accuracy, and supported the timely delivery of one of Bangkok’s most prominent residential projects.
