The India Global Delivery Center (GDC) is a dynamic engine powering world-class design and engineering solutions across continents. Strategically located in Gurgaon, this thriving hub has rapidly grown into a 800+ strong force since its inception in 2016, delivering excellence across the Buildings + Places (B+P) sector. From skyscraping residential towers and high-profile healthcare facilities to transport terminals and commercial complexes, India GDC brings global projects to life through deep multidisciplinary capabilities—spanning Architecture, Structures, MEPF, and BIM. Whether it’s developing detail design drawings for Dubai Harbour Ancillary Buildings or leading coordination for major UK landmarks like the Old War Office, the India team executes with precision, speed, and impact. The center is adept at working across geographies and design stages—be it RIBA phases for the UK, Middle East delivery frameworks, or U.S. construction documentation protocols. GDC India’s integrated teams bring technical agility and digital proficiency to the table, contributing to over 900 global projects and programs annually. In each project, the India GDC team played a central role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end design and engineering support. Our responsibilities spanned across multiple disciplines—architecture, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (ASMEP)—with a strong emphasis on BIM integration and coordination. From developing detailed design and construction documentation to supporting authority submissions and tender packages, we ensured seamless collaboration with global design teams. Our team also led critical phases such as schematic design, design development, and IFC stage production, bringing precision, speed, and consistency to every deliverable.
