Project Overview
The J1050 TWRP Noise Barrier Project is a high-value residential development in Singapore, designed to offer a serene, immersive vacation retreat amidst lush greenery. Spanning approximately 1,750 sqm, the project integrates a warm, earthy material palette with open, inviting spaces—delivering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience tailored to the client’s vision. Comprising a 4+2+48-floor structure, the design emphasizes privacy, functionality, and a raw architectural charm that resonates with the surrounding natural environment. This project is part of an evolving urban fabric where thoughtful architecture meets functionality. Beyond aesthetics, the development features noise mitigation solutions tailored to Singapore’s dense cityscape—enhancing the comfort and quality of living for residents while aligning with urban sustainability standards. The project’s complexity demanded close coordination with multiple consultants, client representatives, and site stakeholders throughout the design and construction lifecycle. From initial planning and BIM integration to site logistics and stakeholder engagement, the execution has been highly collaborative and iterative. The design journey was driven by continuous feedback, practical constraints, and a shared commitment to excellence.

In the J1050 TWRP Noise Barrier Project, our role was integral across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage BIM modeling to on-site coordination and client engagement. We were responsible for developing accurate and detailed architectural and structural BIM models, ensuring they aligned with both the design intent and regulatory standards. Our team collaborated closely with various consultants and contractors to resolve design clashes, manage revisions, and streamline communication through model-based coordination. Additionally, we supported logistics planning and facilitated design discussions by providing visual outputs and technical insights, helping the client make informed decisions. This hands-on involvement allowed us to contribute not only to the project’s digital execution but also to its practical realization on site, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery at every stage.
