Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. By purchasing our services or enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service-Based Products: Once a service has been purchased and the work has commenced, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, BIM services, training programs, consulting services, and digital products.
2. Training Programs: Enrollment in any of our training programs, including but not limited to courses offered by BIMQP Academy, is final. Once the course fee is paid, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or failure to attend the program.
3. Custom Solutions: For custom projects or services that are specifically tailored to the client’s needs, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted once the project has started. This includes services such as BIM Modeling, BIM Coordination, and any other custom BIM solutions.
4. Digital Products: Any digital products or software purchases, including downloads and online resources, are non-refundable once the transaction is complete. Please ensure you review all product details and compatibility requirements before making a purchase.
5. Exceptions: In rare cases, and solely at the discretion of BIMQP, we may offer refunds or credits for services not yet rendered or under special circumstances. Such exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by our management team.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding services provided by BIMQP will be addressed in accordance with our Terms of Service. We are committed to working with our clients to resolve any issues, but refunds will not be considered as a resolution.
7. Changes to This Policy: BIMQP reserves the right to modify or update this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
