  • BIMQP provides a range of services, including but not limited to Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, training programs, consulting, and digital products. The specific details, features, and terms of each service will be outlined in separate agreements or on the Site.
  • BIMQP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. User Accounts

  • To access certain features of the Site or Services, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify BIMQP immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • BIMQP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.

5. Payments and Fees

  • All prices for Services or products are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase.
  • Payments must be made through the payment methods specified on the Site. You agree to pay all charges applicable to your selected Services or products.
  • In the event of non-payment or default, BIMQP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services.

6. No Refund Policy

  • All sales of Services and products are final. BIMQP has a strict No Refund Policy, as detailed in our separate No Refund Policy document. By purchasing any Service or product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

7. Client-Arranged Shipping and Transportation

  • It is the client’s duty to arrange their own shipping or transportation for any physical products, materials, or equipment provided by BIMQP, as detailed in our Client-Arranged Shipping and Transportation Policy.
  • BIMQP is not liable for any damages, loss, or delays once the products, materials, or equipment have been handed over to the client’s chosen carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials, is the property of BIMQP or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without prior written consent from BIMQP.
  • The BIMQP name and logo are trademarks of BIMQP. You are not granted any right or license to use any trademark displayed on the Site without BIMQP’s prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by any third party.
